Annie’s Croft - Self Catering on the Isle of Coll
Annie’s Croft is a beautiful, detached whitewashed cottage in a superb village location, just yards from the water’s edge. With three bedrooms Annie’s Croft is a comfortable, spacious and cosy cottage that has been decorated in colours which harmonise with the sea and sky.
Location
The cottage is ideally situated and convenient for local amenities such as the post office, the grocery shop Island Stores, petrol pump, craft shops, bicycle hire, and a children's playground.
The post office also serves as a craft shop and has a Cash Machine where you are able to withdraw money.
Bike Hire is also available.
EATING OUT:
THE COLL HOTEL
We highly recommend the Coll Hotel, who has recently won yet another award. The Gannet Restaurant serves delicious food, including seafood dishes, lobster, crab, prawns (huge) and scallops. The Coll Hotel is just a short walk away and we are sure you will enjoy the lovely food they prepare.
NIC’S BURGER VAN
For a quick snack on “Boat” days, please try Nic’s Burger van. The children will love it! Nic’s Van is famous and goes where other vans fail to venture. However, you will find the van just above the pier office on the left hand side.
Cottage
The spacious accommodation has efficient electric heating and is double glazed.
The cottage sleeps sleeps 5/6. A single foldup bed can also be provided to offer some flexibility.
Lounge
TV (some Sky channels), video recorder, DVD player, Hi-fi, comfortable settees, coffee tables and an electric pebble effect fireplace gives a warm and cosy glow to the room.
There is a great selection of video’s and DVD’s to suit all tastes, together with jigsaws, toys and games are provided for rainy days. A bookcase is stocked with a large and diverse selection of reading material.
Separate Dining Room
Having sea views towards Mull, furnished with a splendid oak dining table and 6 chairs.
Kitchen
Moden, well equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, washer, tumble drier, large freezer, fridge, microwave, juicer, breadmaker, toaster and kettle.
Three Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 - Double Bed and built in wardrobes
Bedroom 2 – Two single beds and built in wardrobes
Bedroom 3 – Double bed with Pine Wardrobe
Large Bathroom
Bathroom with shower over bath.
Fine Egyptian Cotton towels are provided for all our guests. Run a relaxing bubble bath, then wrap yourself in a soft, white, fluffy Egyptian Cotton towel.

ANNIE’S CROFT - Letting Terms:
Our weekly lets are from Saturday - Saturday.
All Bed Linen, Towels and Electricity are included in the price.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS.
Bookings are for a full week from 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday.
Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of £100 deposit together with a completed booking form.
The balance being payable 6 weeks before start of holiday.

A returnable damage surety of £25.00 per week, (over and above the rental), is payable when the balance is paid.
The surety will be repaid to you within 14 days of the end date of your holiday (less any deductions for breakages and extra cleaning).
On departure, please ensure the house is left clean and tidy.
Pets by prior arrangement only, please advise on booking form. £20.00 per week surcharge.
Please bring bedding for your pet and clean up after them.
Note: This is a crofting island and as such, please keep you dog under proper control around livestock and especially at lambing time.
SMOKING: For the comfort of all guests, no smoking is allowed.
PARENTS OF SMALL CHILDREN: There are steps at the front and rear of the property and anyone with small children should be aware of this.
